Heraeus is one of the top 10 family-owned companies in Germany and has a team of around 17,200 employees in 40 countries. **The following challenges await you**: - Technical projectmanagement over different involved sites. - Develope and drive production and process roadmap for following topics: COGS, process improvements, ramp up management, Changes, Digitalization. - Foster cross-collaboration for all above mentioned topics within the related sites. - Establish "Knowledge Management Process" - Perform "Fast reaction programms" by demand - Developement of technology roadmap and future next steps **Your Profile**: - Master degree in Business or comparable - More than 5 years experience with disciplinary leadership on international teams. - Cultural experience in asia being an advantage - SixSigma education appreciated - Experience in electronic industry appreaciated - Technical project management education - Communcative teamplayer with willingness to drive for changes and results - Excellent English and German skilss in speaking and writting **Any further questions?
