- und damit ein hohes Aufkommen an operativen Abwicklungen von Beschaffungsvorgängen für unser Unternehmen.

**Was du bei uns machen wirst**:

- Unterstützung des Einkaufsteams bei der operativen und administrativen Abwicklung von Beschaffungsvorgängen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Lieferantenrecherchen
- Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Einkaufsdokumenten
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Vertragsdatenbank
- Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Ausschreibungen
- Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse
- Aufbau einer internen Know-How Plattform auf Confluence oder SharePoint

Deine Aufgaben und künftigen Projekte werden auf der Grundlage deiner Ausbildung, Interessen und Fähigkeiten festgelegt.

**Was dir helfen wird, deine Rolle einzunehmen**:

- In einem Studiengang eingeschrieben vorzugsweise BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und Spaß an Themen im Bereich Einkauf
- Über ein hohes Maß an **Deutschkenntnissen **und einen sicheren Umgang mit der **englischen Sprache**
- Mindestens **12 Monate** in dem Studiengang eingeschrieben
- Vertrautheit mit den **MS-Office-Produkten **(Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Sich für Aufgaben begeistern, die ausgeprägte **analytischen Fähigkeiten **und **Genauigkeit** erfordern
- Idealerweise erste **praktische** **Erfahrungen** im Einkauf oder in verwandten Bereichen
- Hohe **Eigeninitiative** und **Zuverlässigkeit**
