Internship: Organizational Effectiveness(F/m/div)

**Being strong together**:You are part of the Project Management Office for an organizational culture project and reorganization
- **Project management**: You provide support in coordinating project tasks, monitoring project milestones and deliverables, and following up on action items, etc.
- **Holistic overview**: You support with all relevant Change & Communication related tasks
- **Lifelong learning**: You support with visualizations, preparation of communication and enablement material
- **Be creative**: You create concepts and presentations on the topics of change management, leadership, organizational development
- **Keep up to date**: You take over various communication formats such as newsletters and Miro boards
- **Take over responsibility**:You support with administrative tasks such as coordinating appointments, the translations of German to English documents
- **Stakeholder management**: You cooperate with various internal stakeholders from different departments and business partners
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science
or similar
- **Interests**: You are passionate about organizational structures, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset
- **Experience**: You have ideally gained some experience in consulting, communications, change management, or project management as well as initial experience in a multinational work environment, and working in HR
- **Skills**: You are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of SAP ERP HCM would be an advantage
- **Personality**: You have excellent communication, conceptual, and analytical skills and are willing to learn and grow in a multinational company
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
