**Assistant for F&C Energy **(M/F/d)**:

GC/NA4.3 is responsible for the underwriting, development and profitability of the worldwide energy business, which we write both directly with industrial clients and facultatively with cedants. In cooperation with the reinsurance units APA and EU/LA, interesting interfaces and networks with other business units are created. We are looking for an assistant to join our team and actively support us in these exciting tasks.

We are an international team with colleagues in Munich, London and Sydney as well as global cooperation within MR F&C. You can expect plenty of scope for self-initiative, independent work, design and learning.

In addition to reliability, integrity and strong organizational skills, we are looking for someone with a flexible mindset and good communication skills to foster collaboration within GC/NA4 and beyond.

Your job
- Organizing independently administrative processes such as travel planning, business authority and membership registers as well as acting as a contact person for partners and visitors
- Supporting the managers and the entire team in internal (platforms such as Sharepoint, Yammer, OneView) and external (e.g. social media, internet, mailings, surveys) communication activities
- Ensuring efficient on
- and off-boarding of colleagues and interns
- Organizing workshops, off-sites etc. as well as managing further team matters (e.g. distribution lists, absences, magazine subscriptions, etc )
- Managing bills and financial accounting within the departments and supporting managers in expense planning / cost controlling
- Supporting and/ or taking partial responsibility in projects (e.g. by coordinating appointments, internet research, documentation and project organization)

**Profile**:

- Commercial training plus experience in assistance and/or project management with international teams
- Knowledge of or willingness to familiarize with administrative and organizational processes and structures at Munich Re
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) and communication tools (Teams etc.)
- High reliability and integrity as well as initiative, commitment, and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English and German
- Strong internal network is a plus
