**Your central role**
- Management and implementation of cross-border employee assignments within the global ERGO organization, including reintegration and management of external support
- Consulting and supporting the board and top management on all issues relating to international mobility and possible transfers of employees and executives within the global group
- Management of HR projects with global relevance (especially to global workforce mobility)
- Participation in cross-border selection and recruitment procedures for senior executives abroad
- Professional and disciplinary management of the team (including integration and relocation management in ERGO Germany)

** Your profile**
- Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on HR and law and/or economics
- Sound professional experience in HR, preferably in an international or global workforce mobility context
- Strong analytical thinking skills, entrepreneurial and strategic approach
- High level of commitment, performance and results orientation
- Intercultural thinking and acting (ideally extended stay abroad) as well as a professional manner toward clients, flexibility, and, above all, customer focus
