DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Das Kund:innen-Erlebnis hat für Dich oberste Priorität: als unser:e Markenbotschafter:in vermittelst Du die Werte und Qualität unserer Produkte, begeisterst durch Deine offene Art und durch Dein Produkt-Know-how.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit unserem Kassensystem und bearbeitest Tagesabschlüsse, Umtausche oder Rückerstattungen präzise und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Auch in hektischeren Situationen behältst Du den Überblick, bist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
- Mit einem Auge für's Detail sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Produkte anhand der vorgegebenen Guidelines einladend präsentiert werden.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen führst Du allgemeine Lagertätigkeiten aus und übernimmst das Auffüllen der Ware auf der Fläche.

DEIN PROFIL:

- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung auf der Fläche, alternativ im Bereich Kundenservice / Dienstleistung. Bewirbst Du Dich als Quereinsteiger:in? Auch ok In jedem Fall magst Du den Kontakt zu Menschen, bist wissbegierig und hast Freude daran, kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen zu sein.
- Du begeisterst mit Deiner positiven Art nicht nur Deine Kolleg:innen, sondern auch unsere Kund:innen.
- Du kannst uns zuverlässig und flexibel zwischen Mai bis September sowohl unter der Woche als auch am Wochenende unterstützen.
- Neben fließenden Deutschkenntnissen hast Du idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Last but not least bist Du von unseren Produkten genauso begeistert wie wir, kannst Dich mit der Marke Birkenstock identifizieren und hast Lust darauf, gemeinsam mit uns etwas zu bewegen
