**Job description**
- Provide product, promotional, and pricing information by clarifying customer inquiries, selecting appropriate materials, forwarding details, and answering questions.
- Manage sample requests, including recording, organizing shipments, and notifying customers.
- Maintain and update the customer database, and generate/distribute monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the RMA and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of ongoing cases.
- Support departmental and headquarters requirements by completing related tasks as assigned.
- Process purchase orders from multiple channels and enter them into the company system accurately.
- Arrange shipments based on estimated delivery dates and work with the Shipping team to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor customer payment status to safeguard the company’s best interests.

**Desired skills and experience**
- Ability to work independently and team work
- Good language skills (oral and written) in English, Chinese language desirable
- Ability to communicate in German or French or Italian or Spanish is a plus
- Effective office software such as Excel, Word
