**Role Purpose**

We are currently looking for a **Front Desk Agent (M/F/d)** in Cologne-Ossendorf.

**Main Responsibilities/Tasks**:

- Ongoing control of ASR orders and data flows of all service partners
- Proactive dealer calls who have not sent a daily file for more than 2 days as well as where the order was running into the waiting loop and wasn’t released so far to ensure the system usage
- Proactive dealer calls to adjust the system parameters or to discuss ASR usage issues with the target to increase the usage as well as the sales volume for Stellantis DE
- Coordination of the ASR / SPEEDER scrapping process via photo documentation and sampling for Service Partners & DISTRIGOs
- Monitoring of ASR order generation and transmission to ServiceBox
- Check and clarify error messages in the ASR system
- Maintain of call lists, order lists, and daily file lists. Documentation of all conversations with service partners and DISTRIGOs and assignment in the respective assigned category
- Ad-hoc actions to improve the ASR usage as well as the Stellantis DE sales volume
- Telephone setup as well as information and assistance on all ASR related topics, including:

- Questions for calculating the storage strategy
- Explanation of special functions
- Care of dealer’s Specific parameters
- Daily control of orders that were running into the waiting loop
- Daily control of data flows to see if the ASR Daily Files have been sent and loaded
- Ongoing control over the updating/processing of the service partner's warehouse strategy proposals
