Your Tasks
- Change is in the air - and you are right in the thick of it: You are an integral part of our efforts to improve our analytics, enabling us to bring our banking services to our customers - anytime, anywhere and personalized.
- As the bridge between business and technical teams you help us develop innovative data-driven products that extend beyond traditional banking and deliver sophisticated analytics models and products from ideation to production.
- Acting as a product owner for user epics and projects, you have a keen eye for potential impediments as well as removing them and harmonize project scope, delivery timeline and business line for successful product launches.
- Naturally, you also have tasks related to models, projects and data governance well in hand, diligently prepare business cases and keep your eyes on the prize regarding benefit calculations and value tracking.
- And of course, you think not only outside the box but also beyond your team to identify opportunities in different business units and are a deft hand in detailing out all aspects of them in preparation for project proposals.

Your Profile
- At least 4 years of professional experience as Customer Journey Expert, Consultant or Project Manager
- Background in a quantitative field
- Practice in project / product management as well as an understanding of basic analytics and IT
- Global project experience is highly valued, experience in data governance and agile methodologies is a plus
- Interested in learning about AI and analytics
- Good communication and influencing skills, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
