As a**Category Sourcing Director**(M/F/d)**you will report to the Head of Sourcing based in **Obernai or Blieskastel** for a permanent contract.

The **Category Sourcing Director**(M/F/d)** is accountable for overseeing and leading the entire Category Management organization (700 million euros) to develop, execute, and optimize category strategies across the business. In your role, you ensure the Sourcing category strategies support business objectives, by driving cost efficiency, supplier collaboration, risk management and continuous improvement.

**What you will do?**
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, aligned with business objectives.
- Foster strong collaboration across functions to ensure procurement strategies support company-wide initiatives.
- Manage key supplier relationships to enhance performance and innovation.
- Drive cost optimization and value creation through sourcing levers and market intelligence.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team while establishing KPIs and tracking performance.

**What about you?**
- You hold a Master’s degree or Engineering background; advanced education in supply chain or procurement is a plus.
- You have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in purchasing/category management, with demonstrated leadership in sourcing strategy.
- You have proven international exposure and ability to manage cross-border procurement projects.
- You demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is preferred.
