Your impact
As an experienced consultant, you will lead the implementation of data science and analytics projects and have strategic responsibility for their success
You manage the data science team as a leader
You develop colleagues individually and take responsibility as a mentor and coach
You define and implement the data science roadmap in line with our business objectives and strategies
You manage complex challenges in the fields of advanced analytics, machine learning and GenAI
You are responsible for shaping, expanding and strategically developing of our data science community and support the entire data analytics division
You develop customer relationships at all levels proactively and operate as a key contact for strategic partnerships
You foster and expand your network in the data science community to anticipate trends and establish our company in the market successfully

**Profile**:
You have a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or similar fields
You are fluent in both, German and English
You have several years of experience in Data Science
You have a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills and can easily handle changing challenges
You have professional experience in IT Consulting, specifically in a lead position
You have extensive practical skills in programming with Python or R and in managing development processes
You are experienced in development and operationalization of models in Statistics or Machine Learning or GenAI models, also for their integration into enterprise systems using cloud technologies and containerization
You enjoy transferring knowledge and mentoring junior team members
You have strong communication and leadership skills, and enjoy presenting results to stakeholders at all organizational levels
You have ideally in-depth knowledge of working with various data architectures, technical solution concepts and strategy development for data platforms
You are enthusiastic for new professional, technical and industry-specific topics and motivate your team to develop their skills continuously
You are flexible to work in various projects and are willing to travel
