We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Lead to oversee the construction of a state-of-the-art data center project in Berlin. As the Construction Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, through to execution and delivery.

**Job Description**:

- Oversee and manage the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that the project is completed within the allocated timeframe.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including cost and schedule updates, to keep all stakeholders informed of project status.

What you will need
- At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Previous experience of successful Data Center delivery
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English. German language skills highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
