Summary For the department "Ground Based Systems" we are looking for a "Project Clerk Ground Based Systems (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site. The department is responsible for the overall commercial project management and acquisition support for ground - and vehicle-based intelligent sensor network solutions for surveillance, reconnaissance and target acquisition. This includes financial and commercial advice and support on all aspects of these highly complex projects. Your Tasks - Commercial supervision of projects in complex national and international programs including cost-to-complete (CtC) / estimate-at-complete (EAC) analyses, target/actual comparisons as well as opportunity and risk management, cost optimization and cash management - Point of contact for program managers, product managers, and bid managers on project-related commercial and financial issues - Responsible for preparing bid calculations and the commercial bid section for complex national and international programs - Independent conduct of contract negotiations - Participation in the development of new business and related calculation models by showing a high level of commitment and contributing own ideas and conceptions - Participation in the development and interpretation of business cases and responsibility for profitability calculations and commercial KPIs of the business cases - Forward-looking controlling of self-financed development projects (including tracking of target manufacturing costs and effective use of resources) - Early anticipation of deviations/problems and participation in the development of proposals for the introduction of corrective measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow - Ensuring balance sheet compliance with regard to HGB, IFRS, IAS and price audit/audit issues - Participation in periodic planning processes Your Profile - Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance / controlling, or comparable - Several years of experience in finance/controlling - Experience in project management and commercial desirable - Experience in target costing desirable - In-depth knowledge of German pricing law is an advantage - Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S4 HANA) - Analytical thinking, structured, flexible and proactive way of working - High degree of independence and initiative, as well as very good communication skills - Assertiveness and self-confident appearance - Business fluent in German and English What we offer you - Location in the middle of the idyllic landscape of the Swabian Alb - Company restaurant, café bar and snack shop - Diverse health offers and sports groups - Working in an innovative environment with exceptional high-tech products at the limits of physics - Attractive remuneration (in accordance metal and electrical industry tariff) - Company pension scheme - Flexible working time models (mobile working, flexitime and part-time, opportunities for sabbaticals, etc.) - Individual development and training opportunities Be the pioneer of our future In case you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Talent Resourcing Team: Mrs Iris Nussbaumer (permanent positions) and Mrs Lea Schmutz (permanent positions) E-Mail:
