Lead Product Strategy

Lead Product Strategy & Projects is a key role within our company, and you will be working at the interface between product and sales for the Product Org. It is the ideal position for someone who enjoys exploring new opportunities and new ways to solve business challenges from an analytical point of view. Your insights will have a significant impact to strengthen and further grow our business, product and brand in B2B and B2C.

Your challenge
- Autonomously project manage high priority long term strategic initiatives for the company
- Deep dive especially into the demand side of our marketplace and bring together key performance metrics from brand, performance and SEO
- Drive analytical deep dives together with product managers and product analysts into different performance drivers identifying the biggest levers to focus on going forward
- Design and optimize state of the art reports for your segment
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Sales colleagues
- Present progress vs plans to senior management and prepare decision making on key items backed up by sound research, business cases and analyses
What you should bring
- Graduated in Business or Economics or in a field with a distinct analytical focus (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics to name a few)
- 4-6 years full time relevant work experience with minimum 3 years in a consulting company or business development department in a digital context
- Very strong analytical skills and a passion for facts and numbers
- Smart business sense and solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English and considerable experience in structuring and presenting your results to a senior audience
- Strong drive to results and decision with a proven track record in executing projects structured and target oriented
