**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- You would be part of the Loyalty & Engagement Domain. The four teams in this domain are responsible for the following topics, among others: Loyalty Programme, Content Experience, Home Page, Social Commerce, Wishlist, Internal Promo Tools, Engagement Tools
- Your work will be seen by customers across Europe. We develop the central customer processes for the Douglas online shops in 11 European countries. Together we generate online sales of over EUR 1.2 billion per year.
- You will independently identify market opportunities, customer needs and weaknesses and develop sustainable solutions to continuously improve our product.
- Your tasks include the further development of the product version, the KPI-based conception of new and further development of existing solutions, communication with stakeholders, the creation and prioritization of the backlog and the development of the roadmap.
- Product development at Douglas is teamwork - you develop your topics in close collaboration with UX and the Product Owners of other development teams.
- You will be based at the Douglas headquarters in Düsseldorf.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- You have already gained relevant experience as a product owner.
- You have already gained experience with complex IT/eCommerce projects and successfully implemented features.
- Based on your previous experience, you can easily take on the roles of moderator, motivator, conflict resolver, analyst and organizer and at the same time demonstrate your structured way of working.
- You combine strategic thinking with a focus on implementation and a strong focus on results.
- You have experience with agile development methods (SCRUM) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- You have strong analytical skills and experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- You combine entrepreneurial spirit with pragmatic action and solution-orientation
- You have a strong customer focus and are passionate about beauty products
- You have a very good command of English and German. Written communication in product development is exclusively in English.
