**Your new role**

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Content Writer to join Cognigy’s marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating compelling and engaging content that promotes our conversational AI powered customer service solutions to enterprise customers. You will collaborate closely with the field marketing and product marketing teams to develop content strategies, craft messaging, and produce various types of marketing content to drive awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Localization and transcreation of English messaging into compelling German-language marketing assets
- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Conversational AI to bring innovative ideas and insights to content development.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with Cognigy's goals, target audience, and brand voice.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market needs, and competitor analysis to ensure content is relevant and competitive.
- Write clear, persuasive, and compelling content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of our enterprise Conversational AI solutions.
- Optimize content for search engine visibility (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve the company's online presence.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Measure and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and provide creative input to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**About you**
- **Native German speaker, fluent English.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Content Writer, preferably within the software or technology industry, targeting enterprise customers.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of marketing content, showcasing your ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy.
- In-depth understanding of content marketing principles, including buyer personas, customer journey mapping, and content distribution strategies.
- Familiarity with Conversational AI, Customer Service operations, Contact Center practices, or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Excellent research skills to gather relevant information from various sources and synthesize it into compelling content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI content writer, marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in crafting engaging social media content.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
