For our Sales & Marketing Team we are looking forward to you as a

**Sales & Marketing Trainee (M/F/d)**

This is how you make our house special....
- Handling sales correspondence in consultation with the Junior / Sales Manager
- Continuous care of existing customers
- Support in ensuring compliance with the marketing plan
- Continuous telemarketing - development, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for the Sales Action Plan, as well as adherence to the marketing plan in consultation with the Junior / Sales Manager
- Supporting the development of measures to increase the company's success together with the Junior / Sales Manager
- System maintenance (Anais, Opera Cloud, Cvent)
- Carrying out various market analyses and competitor monitoring in collaboration with the Senior Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Planning, organising and supporting internal and external photo shoots, video shoots etc.
- Assisting in the preparation of quotations for external photo shoots.
- Organise & promote regular monthly SPOTLIGHT live events at the hotel as per Sales & Marketing plan in collaboration with the Brand & Marketing Manager and Junior / Sales Manager.
- Development and dispatch of planned mailings for customers & guests in cooperation with the Brand & Marketing Manager
- Planning, organisation and implementation of press, influencer and customer events in cooperation with the Brand & Marketing Manager and Sales Manager
- Support in the supervision & negotiation of sponsorships, advertising and brand appearances for events
- Independently create image, video and stylistic text content in German and English for newsletters & social media in consultation with the Brand & Marketing Manager
- Support the creation of information for all local website content (25hours Hotels, Companion Bar page, Google and Tripadvisor, etc.)
