**The Role**:

- Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as job postings and social media content
- Maintain data accuracy and contribute to reporting on recruitment activities and pipeline metrics
- Support administrative aspects of recruitment, such as preparing job descriptions and organising feedback
**Your Profile**:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition (2+ years)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio, etc.)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Fluent in both English & German
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent pipeline development
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
