As a working student (M/F/d) the Performance Marketing Team (Retail Media), you will be part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team responsible for all performance marketing activities, paid media campaigns and our brands' websites.
Your responsibilities:

- You will support our Performance Marketing Managers in planning and implementing advertising activities for international retail partners and marketplaces for the essence and Catrice brands
- t
- You will be responsible for briefing and coordinating creatives
- t
- You maintain and analyze campaign results based on success KPIs
- t
- You research potential keywords and targeting opportunities
- t
- You analyze the market and competitive environment
- t
- You write articles for our internal communication channels

Your profile:

- Existing enrollment in a relevant degree program
- t
- Duration: at least 12 months, ideally start as of now
- t
- Your working style is characterized by reliability, independence and structure

- You are communicative and enjoy analytical tasks

- Ideally first experience with marketing reporting and dashboards

- Passion for online trade and digital marketing

- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
