As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll play a vital role in our Media Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in campaign management, brand positioning, and customer engagement. Over the course of two years, you’ll rotate through key marketing teams, developing a comprehensive understanding of strategic marketing and brand transformation.
**What will I be doing?**
Are you looking to kick-start your career in marketing? Our Graduate Programme offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of our Marketing teams, gaining hands-on experience in both media and trade marketing.
**Responsibilities on our Media Marketing Pathway include**:
- Support in the development of media plans and implementation of marketing campaigns in digital and linear media.
- Evaluation and management of campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Analysis of media and market trends, competitive developments, and consumer behaviour.
- Derivation of data-driven action recommendations.
**Responsibilities on our Trade Marketing Pathway include**:
- Support in planning and implementing a nationwide, connected brand experience for our customers in Carglass® workshops.
- Assistance in planning and executing store branding concepts.
- Further development of sales promotion materials for our product portfolio.
- Support in developing new upselling products in Carglass® shops.
- Creation of B2C/B2B customer communication materials and assistance in planning and executing customer events.
**Who we’re looking for**
You should have (or expect to obtain) a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable field.
**Additionally, you should**:
- Have initial practical experience in (trade) marketing, e.g., through internships or student positions.
- Possess strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Have creativity and a sense of design (an advantage, but not a must).
- Be skilled in international communication, with very good written and spoken German and English.
