**Job Description**:
As Nets has a strong pipeline of customer migration projects, our department Customer Implementation is looking for a strong Migration Lead, who knows what it takes to migrate large amounts of data in a timely and secure manner. The Migration Lead will act as a project manager for the migration of one or more customer portfolios. The migration is one deliverable of the total customer program, and the migration lead will report to and work closely with the program manager in the project organization.

The **responsibilities includ**e, but are not limited to:

- Leading all migration related activities towards the customer and program, including coordinating all related activities and deliverables.
- Being responsible for migration and cutover planning, coordination and documentation.
- Synchronizing migration dependencies and tasks with overall customer delivery project and streams.
- Internal and external migration communication, governance and standards.
- Supporting customer specific migration and testing strategy and solution.
- Leading customer specific run book creation and execution.
- Reviewing and considering functional and full cycle testing reports, prepare migration and go-live recommendation reports.

**Qualifications**:
**For this role it is critical that you have vast experience with migrations.**

Other qualifications include:

- 10+ years of project management experience, either from internal positions or as consultant
- Extensive experience from the Payments industry
- SME on migration methodologies, best practices and payments processing.
- Experience leading migration projects e.g. Datacenter, Card portfolio, platform & processor migrations
- Knowledge or certification in working with agile methodologies (SAFe)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and German
