We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in Stuttgart.

**You will be responsible for**:
We are looking for an eager and excited Junior Controller ready to dive into all aspects of a B2B marketplace startup. You will work directly with the Head of Finance to support the finance function and project coordination, that will help drive us towards our company-wide goals.

This is a great opportunity to take over responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment and have a direct impact on its success.

Join us in disrupting the used heavy-duty vehicles market
- Prepare and support monthly financial analysis for the management team incl. presentations of financial reports
- Create monthly, quarterly and yearly budget plans, forecasts and business plans
- Support the CFO with (among other tasks):

- Invoice creation
- Purchase Orders
- Business partner verifications
- Updating financial statements
- Maintaining overview of open transactions on the platform
- Prepare bank payments
- Assisting the cross-functional team in various administrative tasks
- Supervise the implementation of the companies compliance guidelines

**To ensure your success, you’ll need**:

- Completed a university degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable training
- 1-2 years of professional experience (as a junior consultant or through several internships, work-study activities, thesis or dual studies) in the area of project management, backoffice work, finance department
- Have already gained experience in the areas of sales, marketing, communications, finance or IT, ideally in the automotive environment
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs (especially MS PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ideally you have first experience using confluence or similar tools
- Hands on mentality, cooperation mindset and willingness to learn and grow
- You are fluent in English and German, in order to prepare presentations and documentation in both languages and communicate in our international team without much effort
