To support our team at **a&o Hostel Berlin Friedrichshain** we are looking for** YOU**:

- a hardworking and independent **student**(M/F/x) **for our reception.**
We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who enjoy a part-time job in a hostel.

**YOUR JOB**
- You work in the day and night service at the reception
- You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out
- You answer telephone and personal guest enquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services
- You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks
- You ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are **officially enrolled**at university and have a valid enrolment certificate to a full time study.
- You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, no matter what time of day or night it is
- You are able to work independently, are highly committed and a team player
- Your **German and English** skills are on B2 level - of course we are happy for every additional language you are able to speak
