We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Enterprise Architect Data (M/F/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring data quality, optimizing data pipelines, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business efficiency and growth. As a key contributor to our organization’s strategic objectives, you will guide and shape our data practices, enabling a culture of data-driven decision-making.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee data modeling, flow diagrams, and CI/CD pipeline optimization to support efficient and automated data integration.
- Implement data quality standards and monitor compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring accuracy and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
- Drive innovation in data architecture, fostering best practices and supporting advanced analytics and visualization tools to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven approaches across the organization, enhancing strategic decision-making.

**Show your expertise**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, architecture, and governance within large-scale enterprises.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data analytics, warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in conceptualizing complex data solutions.
- Fluency in English (German skills preferred), excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to influence stakeholders at all levels.
