- Supporting and advising the specialist departments on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with sales partners, customers and suppliers
- Handling a broad range of legal activities with diverse and challenging legal matters
- Preparation of practice
- and client-oriented legal opinions
- Noting legal issues for decision-making by the executive board and senior management
- Actively supporting the Division General Counsel in special projects (e.g. negotiating cooperation agreements)
- Participation in interdisciplinary projects within the group, e.g. for the implementation or process improvement for legal requirements
- Design and implementation of internal training courses on issues of contract and commercial law

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Successfully completed law studies incl. 1st and 2nd state examinations
- First relevant professional experience, preferably in an industrial company or a commercial law firm
- Practical experience in civil and commercial law
- Knowledge of insolvency law is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Interest in and understanding of economic interrelationships as well as technical issues in an internationally active group of companies
- Confident appearance and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to present complex issues in a precise and comprehensible manner
