- Take responsibility for smaller projects and initiatives, elevating our product and systems to new levels
- Prepare and update documents, establishing an organized filing structure
- Provide support in creating, analyzing, and following up on performance reports and project reviews
- Coordinate sales & BD training, driving efficient collaboration
- Initiate the design and maintenance of the internal appearance of portfolio development, including the intranet, news posts, and success stories
- Build and design a SharePoint knowledge platform/wiki
- Contribute to the development and editorial maintenance of this platform
- Continuously contribute to the advancement of automated configuration tools, accelerating the company's digitization
- Gather information from Product Life Manager, Offer Manager and Project Manager to define the tool's interface
- Create requirement specifications to solicit market offers
- Lead and manage the development and piloting phase of the tool

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Ideally pursuing a field of study in (industrial) engineering, marketing, sales, or similar
- Available for 10-20 hours per week for a minimum of 2 semesters
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with a passion for working in an international team
- Thrive as a team player with a well-structured approach to work and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Desirable knowledge of VBA
