**Your role**:
As a Product Designer within the UXSD team, your role is critical in translating user needs into meaningful and captivating experiences. With your high execution skills and drive, you can analyze complex processes and problems and execute solutions quickly.'¯

In this role, you will organize information by translating it into structured elements such as diagrams, user scenarios, user stories, wireframes, flowcharts, requirements, and screen designs. You will also define specifications for interaction, navigation rules, and site maps, always keeping the business goals and actual user needs in mind.

Your passion lies in designing high-quality user interfaces, and you can efficiently translate them into prototypes of various fidelity levels. With your deep knowledge and understanding of user-centered design techniques and principles, combined with a fast-paced approach, you will shape innovative products and services in the fields of Healthcare, Electronics and Life Science.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design and usability testing.
- Capable in communicating design concepts with developers effectively.
- Maintain Figma component library.
- Help to define visual language of our digital product offerings.
- Design icons and illustrations that support the user experience.
- Tools you should be familiar with:
Figma (Variables/ Advanced Prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ After Effects/ Illustrator), Prototyping with ProtoPie, additional 3D and Animation skills are a plus (Spline, Rive, Blender). Excellent verbal and written English (German is a plus).
