Conference Management Internship for The Insight

Tasks
- Supporting the Conference Manager in the event planning, programming, production and reporting phases
- Production preparation: from transportation and accommodation, to logistics, tech, merchandise and catering event
- Ensure the success of the event: from production and program to live streaming and hospitality and catering
- Liaising and collaborating with external partners, sponsors and stakeholders
- Coordinating and accommodating participants during the event, on-site and online
- Ensure the success of the event: from production and program to livestreaming and hospitality
- Maintenance and compliance with the approved budget
- Sending invitations, ticketing info and regular updates to participants and attendees in the lead-up to the event

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying for or holding a university degree or equivalent in psychology, arts, communications, marketing, media, business or project management
- Solid knowledge of Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Preferable knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Adobe and Wordpress
- Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn new Tools
- Preferable knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Adobe and WordPress
- Creative problem-solving and a positive attitude in pressurized situations
- Confidence liaising with external partners, stakeholders and vendors
- Confidence training and briefing volunteers
- Fluent in English and preferably fluent in German
- Ability to perform in a highly dynamic environment
- Passion for psychedelic research, therapy and education

Due to the applicable minimum wage law, Internships longer than 3 months can only be offered to students (with proof of study certificate) who

1\. Undertake a compulsory work placement, regulated by law for their studies

2\. Participate in an introductory training program under - 54a of the Third Book of the Social Code or a vocational training preparation program under -- 68 to 70 of the Vocational Training Act.
