As a **Working Student**in our dynamic** People Operations teams**, you will play a crucial role during an extraordinary time—our legal integration into SAP. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment while contributing to projects that shape our future. Based in our EMEA team, you'll be supporting both integration-related initiatives and day-to-day business operations, becoming an integral part of our success story.

**WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?**
- Supporting Legal Integration Projects: Take on critical data auditing tasks, primarily in Workday and Box employee files, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance
- Provide hands-on assistance with key processes, including contract management and other administrative workflows
- Partner with a forward-thinking People Operations team, gaining exposure to various aspects of HR within SAP LeanIX, including Payroll and Benefits
- Contribute to our data cleaning efforts as we prepare for the LEC, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Motivated new team member who is eager to dive into the world of People Operations, with studies in HR / business administration & technology or related field
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes
- High level of discretion, resilience and ability to handle strictly confidential data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently and independently
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with business acumen
- Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus
- Proficiency with Excel and main MS Office programs
- Familiarity with HR software (Workday is a plus) and digital tools
