**Responsibilities**:
- Achievement of sales targets in accordance with the sales strategy:
- Introduction of a sales action plan
- Planning of target customers
- Promoting awareness of the Nexans brand
- Marketing reports on customer visits, market, competition and innovations:
- Maintenance of current customer data with products and services
- Preparation of offers according to customer requirements:
- Customization of the offer in cooperation with the technical department
- Presentation of the offer using communication tools such as presentations
- Definition of KPIs for each customer
- Adjusting and confirming offers
- Conducting contract negotiations
- Risk management, legal and internal controls in relation to the Nexans Group Code of Ethics
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel, e.g. to customers and factories
- Global team player
- Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
