**Global Process Expert Supply Chain Management - Deliver and Order Management (M/F/d)**
**Your job**:
- Optimization of the global process of customer order processing from the customer inquiry to the complete delivery of the ordered goods to the customers
- Management and coordination of projects in the international supply chain environment
- Independent development of optimization possibilities and reception of suggestions and ideas from the specialist departments
- Evaluation and technical detailing of new requirements as well as support of their IT-technical implementation
- Creation of test scenarios, execution of tests and documentation of processes and system settings
- Worldwide training of specialists and end users
- Global third and second level support
**Your qualification**:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management
- Overall understanding of the interdependencies in supply chains
- Several years of in-depth experience in international project management as well as knowledge in process management
- Good skills in the design and optimization of supply chain processes
- Business fluent knowledge of German and English
- Very good SAP knowledge in the modules SD, PP and MM as well as good knowledge in MS Office
- Analytical as well as holistic thinking and acting
- Good moderation and presentation skills
- High level of initiative and customer orientation, intercultural competence, ability to work in a team and problem solving skills
- Pleasure in finding and implementing innovative solutions
- Willingness to travel
