**Your Role in Shaping the Future**:

- Contribute to a variety of projects across industries by creating visually compelling and user-centered digital experiences
- Design clean, consistent, and scalable user interfaces, and support the development of robust design systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, service designers, and more) to align UI with business and user goals
- Support the design process from early research and ideation through to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff
- Participate in co-creation workshops and internal sessions to define visual direction and translate insights into design concepts
- Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics
- Engage in project work from start to finish, helping shape the UI and addressing design challenges along the way
- You enjoy analysing user insights, UX/UI trends and user stories
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design practice, tools, and processes
- Actively participate in team knowledge-sharing, fostering a collaborative and supportive design culture
- Stay up to date on AI, UX and UI trends, visual design innovations, and the evolving role of AI in the design process - and bring those insights to the table

**Your Value-Add**:

- 2+ years of experience with a focus on UX/UI or digital design in an agile & digital environment
- Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not a requirement).
- A proactive mindset — comfortable exploring the unknown and driving new service offerings.
