The Opportunity
You will join Adobe's Strategy Platform and Architecture team, a dynamic EMEA team of outstanding consultants who partner with clients to define, plan, and implement their digital experience and marketing strategies. As a Platform Technical Architect, you will use your marketing technology understanding and translate the business and technology vision into fit for purpose solution architecture based on our newest technology Adobe Experience Platform. You are proactive, innovative and a curious self-learner, who is keen to share knowledge across teams. You partner with your customers as a trusted advisor while aligning with their enterprise architecture vision furthering validated architectural patterns and standard methodologies. What you'll Do
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to translate the Technology vision, Enterprise Architecture into Adobe Experience Platform specific technical specifications
Lead customer project conference calls or collaborate with a Project Manager
Deliver Technical Specifications documents for Customer review
Conduct technical feasibility assessment and implementation evaluation at low level, e.g., data schema, infrastructure readiness, connectivities
Lead technical design and implementation at low level based on high-level solution architecture
Lead demos with Customer on the latest features as released on AEP Experience League
Becoming technical authority on the Adobe Experience Platform, pro-actively monitor/develop platform best practices and support development of high-level solution architecture
Collaborate with internal product development teams to enhance and improve Adobe products
Support Enterprise Architect on organic lead generation for Adobe License & Services sales
What you need to succeed
Experience with Business and Technical Requirements definition and management, structured analysis, process design, use case documentation
Experience translating Business requirements into technical designs and ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of various technical solutions
Experience with various integration technologies and integration architecture patterns
Experience in crafting low-level designs, detailing APIs and technical solutions
Experience with Reporting Technologies (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience in professional software development
Experience as hands-on developer on SaaS solutions preferably Adobe Experience Cloud
Affinity to learn quickly and get into technical details, hands-on
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task simultaneous different customer projects
Strong verbal & written communication skills to collaborate with Sales team & lead customers to successful outcome
Must be self-managed, proactive and customer focused
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Special Consideration given for
Experience & knowledge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Experience & knowledge with Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing
Experience in programming languages (Python, Java or Bash scripting)
Experience with Big Data technologies (i.e. Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, Pig etc.)
Experience as an enterprise technical or engineer consultant
