Formulation Scientist for Dry Powder Inhaler

**Your responsibilities**:
- Conception, protocol designing, planning, execution and follow-up of the development projects in cooperation with the relevant colleagues on formulation and analytical development.
- Elaboration of development plans and creation of development reports.
- Coordination/project management of development projects both internally and at the interface to our customers
- Providing guidance and expertise to internal colleagues on DPI formulations, processes and analytical activities
- Providing consultancy for DPI product development to our customers
- Creating and managing scientific collaborations with industry and universities partners.
- Presenting and publishing scientific data at international conferences and journals
**Essential Qualification**:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in developing dry powder inhalers
- Profound theoretical and scientific knowledge in the relevant area (e.g. formulation development and manufacturing of respiratory products)
- Hands-on-experiences on processes such as dry powder blending, filling and DPI analysis.
- Broad understanding and knowledge on different regulatory guidelines and quality requirements.
- Excellent scientific project management skills and very good organizational skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and writing)
- Travelling required
Desirable requirements:
- Advanced degree from the field of pharmaceutical (PhD or equivalent)
- Fluent in German language.
