**This position can be located anywhere in the EMEA or USA, close to a PPG location.**:
**About the Role**:
**As the Global Business Director, you will lead the Teslin**®** business within the Specialty Products business unit and will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans, delivering sales and profit growth while driving a high performing team culture.**:
**You will report directly to the General Manager Specialty Products**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**:Develop and execute strategic plans to drive global sales, profit, and market share growth. Lead new product development initiatives that outperform competitors and deliver clear customer value.**:

- ** Commercial Management**:Oversee all commercial functions including sales, business development, product innovation, technical service, and segment strategy. Implement sales, pricing, and market expansion strategies to overcome growth barriers and optimize geographic reach.**:

- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with manufacturing to improve operational efficiency and capacity planning aligned with business goals. Influence key stakeholders and federate people.**:

- ** Relationship Building & Marketing**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners. Guide marketing, branding, and communication efforts to enhance product positioning and support sales.**:

- ** Team Leadership & Culture Development**:Lead, develop, and engage a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the “PPG Way to Lead” and continuous improvement where employees thrive and grow professionally.**:

**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in business, chemical engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.**:

- ** Over 12 years**of progressive commercial leadership experience with proven success in business development, P&L management, marketing related to engineering, chemical and technical environments.**:

- ** Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in cross-cultural environments.**:

- ** Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and skills and a history of achieving outstanding results through customer-centric initiatives.**:
