PostDoc for exploring new laser architectures for femtosecond lasers (M/F/x)
The main research topic is to explore new laser architectures for generating ultra-high repetition rate femtosecond pulses. The work will encompass both theoretical analysis and implementation of experimental setups. The researcher (M/F/d) will also have responsibilities in assisting students at the Bachelor and Masters level in the Faculty with exercise classes and seminars.

**Duration**: fixed-term, 2 Jahre
**Start**: 01.12.2025
**Your tasks**:
- modeling short resonator femtosecond lasers and coating
- designs for chip-style modelocked lasers
- development of ultrafast laser systems
- assisting students in modeling laser systems
- implementation of experimental setups

**Further information**:
The position is salaried and based on the collective agreement of the Länder (TV-L). If the personal and collective agreement requirements are met, the employee will receive pay grade E13 TV-L.
