**Your mission**

**Here's how you'll make an impact**:

- ** Lead & Inspire**: Manage and mentor our Talent Acquisition team (2-3 recruiters), fostering a high-performance, high-energy culture that’s grounded in trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- ** Partner Cross-Functionally**: Collaborate with the VP People, and our Leaders to align hiring plans with business growth, and build a truly integrated talent strategy.
- ** Own Senior Hiring**: Drive end-to-end recruitment for key leadership and senior-level roles, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
- ** Optimize Processes**: Continuously optimize and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure scalability, transparency, and a data-informed approach to hiring.

**Your Qualifications / To excel in this role, you should possess**:

- Several years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment. You’ve led hiring processes and taken on team or project leadership responsibilities.
- A structured mindset and process-oriented approach - you enjoy designing systems, improving workflows, and leveraging data to drive better decisions.
- Experience (or a strong interest) in using AI tools in recruiting, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and insights.
- A strong communicator and trusted partner to hiring teams - you build alignment, manage expectations, and foster collaborative decision-making.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude - you’re equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
