Customer Service Representative Transportation

**Your tasks**:
Customer service in the area of land transportation
Coordination with the specialist sales staff
Proactive monitoring and reporting of shipments
Accepting and processing customer inquiries and complaints
Processing shipments in the area of national and international forwarding
Communicating with customers and partners about shipment events
**Your profile**:
Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, ideally with initial work experience
Structured way of working, organizational talent and ability to work under pressure
Confident and engaging communication skills with customers and partners
Experience in using MS Office and ideally user knowledge of common forwarding software
Good written and spoken English skills
