**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Als **Chapter Lead (m/w/d) Trust Center Operations** führen Sie disziplinarisch ein Chapter (32 Mitarbeitende) im Bereich **Trust Center & ID Security** und verantworten deren strategische Weiterentwicklung. Hierzu zählen u.a. folgende Aufgaben:

- **Umsetzung der Automatisierungsstrategie** im Betrieb
- Fachlicher/skillbezogener und **personeller Ausbau des Chapters** mit entsprechend umfangreicher Richtlinienkompetenz ggf. inkl. der Bereitstellungen von Anwendungen, Systemen und Services
- Bedarfsgerechtes Ressourcenmanagement in Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern inkl. Einsatzsteuerung und Priorisierung (Auslastung des Chapters, Optimierung des Chapters anhand von Kennzahlen und ggf. Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz)
- Personelle **Führung der Mitarbeitenden** im Sinne der Konzernführungsgrundsätze inkl. Organisation des Teams, Feedbackkultur und Förderung der Motivation, Eigeninitiative und -verantwortung der Beschäftigten
- Kaskadierung der übergeordneten Strategie in den eigenen Bereich und weisen Mitarbeitende ein und informieren sie in allgemeinen Angelegenheiten
- Budgetplanung und Budgeteinhaltung

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Berufsausbildung sowie **Führungserfahrung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Security**. Außerdem überzeugen Sie durch:

- Praktische Erfahrung im **Betrieb von Infrastrukturen** (Storage, Firewall, Loadbalancer)
- Langjährige **Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Prozessen/Abläufen**:

- Kenntnisse über Budget
- und Kostenmanagement
- Hervorragendes Wissen über Allokierung von Ressourcen sowie Trendscouting und Skillmanagement
- **Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift
