**Your mission during this flight**:
**Your Role**:

- You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process of all open positions in your designated areas/departments at Volocopter with the goal to find and hire the best worldwide talent
- You will closely collaborate with hiring managers and hiring teams, guiding and supporting them throughout the entire process
- You will contribute to Talent Acquisition projects

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- At least 2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or similar
- Degree in human resources or related field
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent social skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English; French or German language skills would be a plus
- Get things done mentality
- Positive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Preferred skills:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters or Greenhouse)
