- und Handels-KG’s group of companies and a sister company to Intersnack Group. Established from the international harmonisation and centralisation of Intersnack Group’s IT estate we are responsible for all group-wide IT services for and within Intersnack Group. It’s our target to provide the common IT infrastructure, aligned IT services and business solutions according to Intersnack’s requirements. Based on a solid digital foundation Intersnack IT KG acts as a partner to all Intersnack functions, actively contributing to Intersnack’s business strategy.

**Purpose of Role**

You will report to the Head of IT Application Operations based in our Düsseldorf office.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the discovery, definition and configuration of IAM solutions
- Proliferate improvements in security access authentication, accelerating new integrations with systems or 3rd party solutions, working to enable new onboarding and process automation for staff entitlements, designing new Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and working to help integrate password self-service and improved password hygiene standards globally
- Act as an advocate for access controls and Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring correct/proper standards and processes are being adhered to
- Coordinate the implementation of process improvements and automation, as well as manage escalations, issues or high-priority tasks. Keep influencing all levels of the organisation, fostering collaboration and trust, and ensuring practical strategic priorities

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management Solutions, such as Microsoft AAD, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, OneLogin etc.
- 5+ years of industry experience in the design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of any Identity and/or Systems Management Solution
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Good command of spoken and written English language is a must, and German is a plus
