Our small family-like office in Munich, which is part of the international company with long tradition, is looking for a curious, communicative, and enthusiastic Finance** **Specialist & Office Administrator who will be responsible for the broad activities such as complex Financial Operations, Assisting with Closing Activities, Office / Credit Cards / Fleet Management. This person will be acting as a right hand of the Finance Manager as much as a heart of the local office, supporting finance business partners and business shareholders across EMEA region.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- AP invoices processing
- Making payments
- Post Bank journal entries daily
- Monitor outstanding accounts, manage weekly dunning process
- Assist with Credit Management
- Travel Expenses Management in Concur tool
- AP / AR / ICO / prepayment account reconciliations
- External Reporting (Intrastat, ZM, WEEE, BAFA, batteries, etc.)
- Assist with closing activities
- Company Credit Cards Management
- Fleet Management
- Office Management and Administration activities on ad hoc basis
- Travel Management Support on ad hoc basis

**To join us in this role you will need to possess these essentials**:

- Finance background and previous experience
- Excellent knowledge of local accounting standards
- SAP Business One and Concur (expense management tool) knowledge preferred
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Curious, innovative, and can-do attitude
- Structured and methodical team player with supportive and open mindset
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Fluent in English **&** German is a must
