Hamilton Appointments are delighted to be working with our prestigious and innovative global client, based within their Berlin Office, in Germany. You will be working within a rapidly growing, market competitive company that encourages initiatives and leadership. As a People Business Partner supporting the German and Swiss offices, you will be a central part of the success of the Support & Sales and Marketing teams having a direct impact on the ability to retain and grow the best talent to build the company.

Duties will include:

- Strategic and operational partnership with the business by being fully embedded within your region by understanding current business needs and by anticipating future requirements.
- In partnership with the centres of expertise, identify innovative solutions that positively impact the employee experience.
- Active participation in complex projects that span across functions, regions and segments.
- Partner with employees & managers as a trusted advisor.
- Manage talent effectively to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Drive employee related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills, and offer thought leadership in areas such as Career Development, Talent Reviews and Employee Relations.
- Help build organisational health by providing insightful data to guide decision making and proactive solutions.
- Take on any additional special projects if required by your client groups or P&C team.

This position is being offered on a permanent contract with a starting salary depending on experience, plus some amazing company benefits.
