- Als Senior Director (m/w/d) legen Sie neue Produktstrategien und die Entwicklung des Produktportfolios Autositze im Einklang mit den strategischen und kommerziellen Zielen des Unternehmens fest.
- Sie verantworten die Lebenszyklus-Planung sowie die Priorisierung des Produktportfolios.
- Sie überwachen den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Produktportfolios am Markt.
- Sie ermitteln Verbraucherbedürfnisse für ihren Produktbereich und überwachen, analysieren und evaluieren Markttrends, Käuferverhalten und Wettbewerberaktivitäten.
- Sie koordinieren zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, F&E, Qualität und Geschäftsleitung und bei Bedarf weiteren Bereichen der Organisation und haben als Schnittstelle alle Fäden in der Hand.
- Sie pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Zertifizierungs
- und Testorganisationen (ADAC, Stiftung Warentest, TÜV,).
- Sie und ihr Team schulen und führen die Bereiche Marketing, Vertrieb und ein globales Trainingsteam über die Ausrichtung der Produkte im Bereich Child Safety.
- Sie überblicken und steuern alle Aktivitäten der Produktmanagement-Abteilung und stellen sicher, dass diese effizient und effektiv ausgeführt werden.
- Führen und weiterer Ausbau eines engagierten Teams (aktuell 11 Mitarbeiter) im Produktmanagement.
- Perspektive sich auf die Ebene eines Vice President zu entwickeln.
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische und kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Sie blicken auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager, idealerweise bei einem Automobil
- oder Konsumgüterhersteller (B2C), zurück.
- Des Weiteren haben Sie bereits erste Führungserfahrungen gesammelt.
- Sie lieben es zusammen mit einem Entwicklungsteam an bahnbrechenden Innovationen zu arbeiten und diese zu treiben.
- Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnen Pragmatismus, eine gesunde Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Souveränität aus.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist ziel
- und lösungsorientiert und Ihre analytische Denkweise stark ausgeprägt.
- Ebenso kommunizieren Sie sicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
