ASSOCIATE ASSET MANAGEMENT (M/W/D)
**DIESE AUFGABEN WARTEN AUF DICH**:
Proaktive und eigenständige Übernahme der Eigentümerfunktion
und ganzheitliche Verantwortung für ein deutschlandweit investiertes
Portfolio
Selbständige Erarbeitung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung der
individuellen Objektstrategien
Laufende Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Value Add Maßnahmen
Verantwortliche Übernahme der Vermietungsaktivitäten und aktive
Begleitung der organischen Mieterentwicklung
Erstellung und Überwachung von objektbezogenen Analysen,
Budgets, Businesspläne sowie Reportings
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Property-, Portfolio
- und
Transaktionsmanagement
**FÜR DEINEN ARBEITSALLTAG BRAUCHST DU**:
Erfolgreichen Abschluss eines betriebs
- oder immobilienwirtschaftlichen
Studiums oder vergleichbar
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, insbesondere im
Asset Management
Kenntnisse im Bereich Einzelhandelsimmobilien
Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, analytische sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungssicherheit setzen wir voraus
Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie ein hohes Maß an
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
