**Title**:
LCV EUCOM OEW Germany: Operations Specialist/MAXIMO - Contingency
**Job Overview**:
Under general supervision, assists Site Operations team with data collection, processing, validation and verification. Prepares and completes contractual required reports. Creates and updates project presentations. Administrative skills required to include but not limited to effective planning and organization of meetings with agendas. Preparation of meeting minutes for distribution through SharePoint After Action Report (AAR)/Memorandum for Record (MFR) platform.
**Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English -Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access)
- Required to produce professional internal and external communique
- Documents site activities via photographs to include construction projects and other Operations & Maintenance activities
- Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system preferred
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least six blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
Must possess driver’s license with at least six months of remaining validity.
