The Matchplan

Your position and responsibilities on the pitch
- Lead and guide the talent acquisition team, inspiring and mentoring through sharing best practices, being a role model and resource for professional growth
- Be a strategic partner to your business stakeholders and peers in the people team, all working together to drive the business strategy of growth.
- Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Advise on sourcing strategies optimising budget, resources and internal search capabilities
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source and cost of hire and time-to-hire
- Manage external partnerships with job boards, agencies, ATS software vendors, universities, and schools
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities, creating and tapping into OneFootball ambassadors both internally and externally
- Participate in and host recruitment events to raise awareness of our company
- In partnership with the people experience partners, forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans, and consult on talent solutions for search, attraction, and selection
- Maintain high quality standards in all hiring practices that honour our promise as a diverse and inclusive company

Players profile
- Proven work experience as a recruiting manager or similar role in an international, high growth business environment
- Demonstrable experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives across multiple geographies
- Keen and genuine interested in contributing to OneFootball’s culture by finding and attracting the right talent
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks, talent analytics) for different functional roles, including Technology roles
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Talent Analytics tools, etc.) Experienced team lead with good team management, mentoring, and coaching abilities
- Work experience with direct sourcers, recruiters, and other people functions
- Experience in developing and executing creative and innovative employer branding initiatives
- Cultural intelligence and superior communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Good analytical skills and the know-how to track and measure the success of your team’s activities by using KPIs
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
