Henderson Scott has recently partnered with a leading global agricultural company with a vision of developing sustainable agriculture and digital tools to address the world's key challenges such as resource scarcity, food insecurity, and environmental change.

Their Digital Farming division leverages technology to improve farmers' lives and productivity while providing data and insights on soil health, regenerative farming practices, and other relevant information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather user requirements by identifying needs, frustrations, and business constraints and translating findings into actionable product and design decisions
- Plan and conduct research across multiple countries globally
- Triangulate existing data to solve problems raised by stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders: Product team, Design team, Business team, Research team, and Data team

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in UX Research, preferably including experience working in a product company
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders: Product team, Design team, Business team, Research team
- Strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and multi-tasking abilities
- Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or any other EU language is a significant plus
- Autonomy and leadership in decision making, with the ability to establish a relationship of trust and good communication with stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
