**Your mission during this flight**:
You will be responsible for facilitating excellent People Operations & Experience along the employee lifecycle.

As a P&O Specialist, you will be delivering services along the entire employee life cycle. Your holistic People/HR Operations knowledge will help you quickly understand employee needs and develop solutions.

Together with your P&O Specialist colleagues:

- You will be responsible for the operational aspects of the entire employee life cycle
- You will be responsible for all employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- You will be responsible for maintaining all correct employee data in our HRIS system
- You will be responsible for Working Time Management
- You will support our Payroll Specialist in providing all payroll data, and employee benefit payouts, including pension management
- You will be responsible for employee master data, organizational data, and personnel file management
- You will be responsible for the creation of standard contract documents and supporting with extraordinary contract changes
- You will support in activities like promotion management, P&O policies, process design, documentation, and templates
- You will support projects for continuous process and system optimization of building up a scalable global operating model

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- You have several years of work experience in a comparable function (HR Administrator, HR Operations, HR Manager)
- Vocational training, further qualifications like “Personalfachkauffrau/-mann”) or HR-related degree would be a plus
- Operational experience in tax and social security, combined with basic German employment law knowledge
- You are a people person and strive to ensure that those around you thrive

- Excellent MS Office, HRIS, and digital tool knowledge
- Excellent business German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
