**Your Areas of Responsibilities**:
- Support the HR Business Partner team in the day-to-day HR business along the entire employee lifecycle
- Support in the preparation of certificates, contracts and references
- Maintenance of personnel files and master data
- Support in various HR projects
- Participation in the improvement of existing HR processes
- Preparation of evaluations and presentation documents
**Your Profile of Qualification**:
- You have strong organisational skills and are very reliable
- You work in a structured and independent way
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You have good user skills in the MS Office programs Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
